Neetiman Chambers
Privacy Policy
Draft for owner review — not yet approved. Prepared 22 October 2026.
Who handles your information
Neetiman Chambers operates Neetiman. For questions about your information, use our Contact Us form or call 999 56 59 333.
Information we collect
Verifly collects your name, email address, optional phone number, the employer or university name, recruiter or agent details, offer links or excerpts, your concern, and, for study offers, the program and admission letter. We record your consent, submission time, tracking ID, review status and a simulated payment reference. Newsletter subscriptions store your email address and subscription source. Team accounts use sign-in credentials and access records.
Why we use it
Complaints collect your name, mobile number, email, location and preferred contact method; entity details; your account of events; optional transaction, police and eMigrate information; and evidence you voluntarily upload. We record declarations, contact and processing consent, optional permission for anonymised patterns, and the notice version and submission time in a private audit record. Do not upload unrelated identity documents, passwords, or material you cannot lawfully share.
We use submitted details to assess the offer you ask us to check, respond to your request, prepare a Trust Report and protect access to the service. Employment checks may examine company records and offer authenticity. Study checks may examine accreditation, agent authorization and fee routing. The Trust Report is an informational risk assessment, not legal advice or a guarantee of admission, employment, visas or refunds.
Consent and third-party information
Complaint details and evidence are used for verification, risk assessment and follow-up, not adjudication or automatic referral to authorities. Only authorised team members can access private evidence through short-lived links. Internal review notes and document-access records remain private. User allegations are kept distinct from verified findings; no public complaint narratives, complainant details, FIR details, payment references or evidence are displayed. Any use of anonymised patterns is subject to your optional permission and must not identify you.
Offer submission requires express consent for the stated verification purpose. Only submit information you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive details or identity documents. If you are under 18, do not submit personal information through this form; contact us first.
Access, storage and sharing
Authorized administrators can review your submission and private admission letter. Trust Report drafts are private; customer Trust Report downloads and automated delivery are inactive. Trust Reports are currently sent manually by email to the address you provide. Email delivery has inherent confidentiality risks, so check your address carefully. Tracking requires both the tracking ID and submission email.
We use hosted service providers for storage, sign-in and website delivery. We do not publish offer submissions or admission letters. Any additional sharing needed for a verification will need to be explained to you. Storage location, provider terms and any cross-border handling must be confirmed before paid launch.
Payments
Checkout is currently simulated: no money is charged and this site does not collect card details. Payment-provider information will be added before real payments are enabled.
Retention and your rights
Contact us to request access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or to raise a grievance. Withdrawal may prevent completion of your check. We may retain information where legally required. A specific retention period and deletion process remain subject to owner approval; automated deletion is not currently enabled.
Browser storage and external content
Team sign-in uses browser storage to maintain sessions. Articles may embed YouTube, Vimeo or other hosted videos, whose providers may receive technical information when content loads. Their privacy terms apply to their services.
Policy approval and updates
This draft describes the current service and does not certify compliance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The owner must approve the final policy, retention rules and operational safeguards before public paid use.
